Charles Leddy
Chief Executive Officer
Charles Leddy is an accomplished and proven business leader, with over 20 years of executive management experience with some of the world’s leading companies, including McKinsey & Company and Starbucks Corporation. Prior to taking on executive-level roles, Charles established his foundational capabilities in corporate finance (investment banking), corporate M&A and accounting. Responsible for the overall leadership and corporate strategy of Presidian, he is an expert in project feasibility, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning, acquisitions and general management. Charles graduated with academic distinction from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, where he formerly served on the Corporate Advisory Board. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
Mary Gonzalez
Area Director of Human Resources
Mary Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with a deep passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to working with people. Her career in hospitality began at the Marriott Riverwalk Downtown, marking the start of a journey through some of the most iconic properties in the industry. Mary has contributed her expertise at the Historical Emily Morgan Hotel, Holiday Inn Airport, and Sheraton Gunter Downtown, gaining valuable experience and insight into the unique demands of hospitality. She devoted an impressive 18 years to the DoubleTree by Hilton, now the Estancia del Norte, where she played a pivotal role in shaping its success. Throughout her career, Mary has focused exclusively on Human Resources, leveraging her talents to foster supportive, people-first environments in every organization she’s been a part of. Beyond her professional achievements, Mary cherishes her time with her family. She is married with three children and adores spending time with her grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, walking, and making candles—a creative outlet that reflects her vibrant and caring personality. Mary’s lifelong dedication to hospitality and people continues to leave a lasting impact on those she works with and serves.
Chris George
Area Director of Operations
Chris, a native Texan, also possesses over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience. Chris has spent the majority of his career leading properties in the Hilton family of brands, both select and full-service, and does have experience leading independently-branded hotels as well. Early in his career, Chris’ hospitality path took him to Saint Louis, New Orleans, and Omaha before returning him to his home state of Texas. Chris and his wife Cristine have two children, Gwendolyn and Owen. Outside of work, when Chris is not volunteering as a soccer coach for his kid’s teams, he can either be found at the lake or the river enjoying time outdoors. Chris’ favorite quote is “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”
Jennifer Cronin
Accounting Manager
Jennifer Cronin has over 14 years of experience as a Staff Accountant. At Presidian, she has provided accounting support to the entire portfolio of hotels. Jennifer assists hotels in the monthly accounting functions and in producing financial statements for owners, along with a variety of accounting functions for Presidian Corporate and the CFO. She has also worked at the La Mansión del Rio, an Omni property, as the Credit Manager and was responsible for collecting on AR accounts for the Omni La Mansión del Rio and the Mokara Hotel & Spa, both properties located on the San Antonio River Walk.
Andy Hearon
Regional Director of Sales & Marketing
Andy brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of sales, catering, reservations, and revenue management to his role. He possesses experience in select service, full service, upscale and luxury properties. He has worked with IHG, Hilton and Marriott national brands as well as historic and independent hotels. Andy attended Texas Tech University where he majored in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. He later co-instructed courses in that discipline at the University. Andy has previously served on the board of directors for the Paseo del Rio Association where he held the position of Vice President for four years. He currently serves on the TPID board, a position he has held since 2018.
