Charles Leddy is an accomplished and proven business leader, with over 20 years of executive management experience with some of the world’s leading companies, including McKinsey & Company and Starbucks Corporation. Prior to taking on executive-level roles, Charles established his foundational capabilities in corporate finance (investment banking), corporate M&A and accounting. Responsible for the overall leadership and corporate strategy of Presidian, he is an expert in project feasibility, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning, acquisitions and general management. Charles graduated with academic distinction from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, where he formerly served on the Corporate Advisory Board. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
Jeanette Mosley has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in finance, accounting, risk management, insurance, treasury management and collections. Experienced in banking relationships with emphasis on cash mobilization, Jeanette maintains banking and investor relationships for Presidian as well as supervising the financial reporting of the company. A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional, Jeanette has been recognized by the Honors Program of the Association for Financial Professionals. Jeanette received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Tom Green is an awarded teacher and coach, and a former Vice President of Operations for one of the most recognized catering and event companies in the state of Texas. With years of experience in the education and catering fields, Tom understands and models the values of effective team leadership, coaching and mentoring, honesty and trustworthiness. His mission is to help inspire as many people as he can with a focus on the works to inspire everyone to become the best versions of themselves.
Alex brings over 15 + years of experience in the hospitality industry. He's worked for companies like Expedia, Sea World, and Walt Disney World, three of those years were dedicated to the area he is most passionate about, human resources and organizational strategy. Alex serves as a strategic business partner focused on employee relations, learning and development, and employee growth initiatives. He provides counsel and support to all of our hotels to help them achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk. Along with strong business acumen, his comprehensive background in recruitment, retention, payroll, compensation, labor relations, policy interpretation, and training has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with all he works with. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. Alex finds that the most fulfilling part of his job is the ability to watch the employee progress in their career paths, especially in the hospitality industry that he has made his career in and cares so much about.
Geoff Bley has 20 years experience in real estate development, financing, construction management, operation and sales. Mr. Bley has lead the development of several large scale projects and has created successful development ventures through careful analysis of economic viability and identification of market opportunities. Prior to joining Presidian, Mr. Bley directed diverse portfolios of hospitality, commercial and residential developments for several private entities. Responsible for Presidian’s overall development and acquisition activities, Geoff is a hospitality specialist with significant experience in negotiating a wide variety of partnership structures, Public-Private partnerships, capital structures and development agreements. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Independent School Foundation. Geoff holds a degree from Washington College in Business Management and Psychology.
Emily Zinn is an accomplished sales veteran with over 20 years of experience with some of the most admired hotel management companies in the United States. Emily entered the industry in 1996 while earning her B.S. in Hospitality Management. She has lead successful sales teams within hotels ranging from 88 to 300 rooms across the franchisor spectrum including Hilton, IHG, and Marriott brands. Emily brings sales and marketing knowledge from full-service, select-service and extended-stay hotels and she has used her experiences to build and coach high-performing sales teams. She contributes her success to a team of strong mentors and is passionate about developing future sales leaders.
Natalia Delgado-Rao is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. Though she began her career in operations, she found her niche in revenue management and has pursued that passion for over 20 years. An expert in Marriott and Hilton brands, she has worked with full-service, focus-select-service, and extended-stay hotels from small-town markets to the large convention city of Las Vegas to maximize their revenues, optimize their mix of sales, and assist the hotel teams with the best strategic decisions for their properties. Before joining the Presidian family in 2019, Natalia developed strategies for portfolios with franchise partners and Marriott International. She received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University.
Garrett Nelson is a hospitality industry veteran with experience working with brands such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG. He has served in various roles in the industry and has a passion for teaching proven processes and procedures to our leaders. As a General Manager, Garrett was recognized with several awards including the Hilton Lighthouse Award, the Presidian Bravo Award, and the Guest Service Award for finishing the year ranked number 9 in the Hilton Brand in Overall Satisfaction. Garrett brings experience, knowledge and sustained success in all segments of the business.
Steve Kirkland is a hospitality veteran with over 15 years in the industry. He entered in 2003 as a Night Auditor with Westmont Hospitality and was later promoted to Assistant Controller. In 2008, Steve started with White Lodging in accounts receivable and ultimately became their Director of Finance. Prior to joining Presidian in 2017 as Corporate Controller, he worked with Remington Hotels as Director of Finance, having begun in 2015. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.
Jennifer Cronin has over 14 years of experience as a Staff Accountant. At Presidian, she has provided accounting support to the entire portfolio of hotels. Jennifer assists hotels in the monthly accounting functions and in producing financial statements for owners, along with a variety of accounting functions for Presidian Corporate and the CFO. She has also worked at the La Mansión del Rio, an Omni property, as the Credit Manager and was responsible for collecting on AR accounts for the Omni La Mansión del Rio and the Mokara Hotel & Spa, both properties located on the San Antonio River Walk.
Jacque Heath entered the hospitality industry in 2006, with Presidian, after serving in the U.S. Navy. She began at the Canyon of the Eagles resort in Burnet, TX as a Front Desk Agent for the hotel and a Server in the restaurant. She took a break from the industry in 2010 to earn her degree. After earning a degree in Business Technology with a focus in accounting, Jacque spent a year in the accounting field before rejoining Presidian in 2016. After various roles with Presidian managed properties throughout the years, ranging from Front Desk Agent up to General Manager, Jacque is now a Staff Accountant at Presidian Corporate.
Maria Sanchez has over 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Maria transitioned to a position as an Accounting Administrative Assistant providing administrative support to the CFO and to the Accounting Department. She is experienced in providing banking and insurance support for Presidian, and in 2019 joined the Accounting Department as a Staff Accountant to assist with the accounting functions for Presidian’s portfolio of hotels. Maria is also the Office Administrator for Presidian’s Corporate Office.
