Our Associates

Presidian Hospitality is a platform that sets our associates up for fulfilling careers and growth through active engagement. Since 2020, we’ve graduated 80 associates from Leadership Development Series, our very own multi-level hospitality management training program (LDS).

My vision for my personal life and career goals have always been the same to create success for those around me and myself. I want to teach, coach, and give back to our future generation and create compassionate individuals. This program has inspired me to do so. The LDS team has given me more courage and has a support system in place for me to do my job. They saw my potential and allowed me to be myself.”

Our Communities
We focus on projects that honor the culture and character of surrounding communities. Over the past 2 years, our non-profit, the Presidian Cares initiative, has:
  • Provided food and linen to over 4,000 San Antonio families in need¬†
  • Given direct aid to over 60 Presidian associate families
  • Provided 150 Presidian families with Christmas gifts for their children
  • Raised the third most money in San Antonio for Real Men Wear Pink
  • Led and completed the capital campaign for a Hope Lodge for San Antonio¬†
