Since 1984, Drake Leddy has provided real estate development and related consulting services, having participated in projects throughout the United States. Leddy received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts/Certificate in Commerce from Washington & Lee University. Affiliations: State Bar of Texas, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Council of San Antonio-Past President, and Hilton Franchisee Advisory Board.

 

 



CHIP YOUNG
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Chip Young joined Presidian in 2004 and brings with him over 30 years of valuable operations experience in the hospitality industry. Chip's experience includes full service and select service properties representing major brands including Marriott, Hilton, La Quinta and Hyatt. Chip's hands-on approach has yielded a strong track record of delivering results and driving positive performance.

 

 



BRANDON RANEY
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Brandon Raney joined Presidian in 1998. Brandon has extensive experience managing all facets of hospitality developments, and his project management capabilities have resulted in the successful completion of his projects. Raney received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

 

 



JEANETTE MOSLEY
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jeanette Mosley became CFO of Presidian in 2004. She has 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Presidian, Jeanette was the Assistant Treasurer, overseeing corporate finance, cash management, credit and collections for La Quinta Inns. Jeanette received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Professional accreditations include Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.

 

 



ENRIQUE VAZQUEZ
CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Enrique Vazquez brings to Presidian over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During his career, he has held different positions as Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller for major chains such as Holiday Inns, Radisson and Hilton Hotels. In addition to assisting the CFO, Enrique is instrumental in implementing policies and procedures, training on--site personnel, conducting audits and overseeing Accounts Payable, Information Technology and data processing. Enrique received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Our Lady Of The Lake University in San Antonio. Enrique’s role also include ensuring accurate and on-time reporting of financial statements for all properties and projects.

 

 



NATALIE HART
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Natalie Hart joined the Presidian team in 2005. Her eighteen years in a hospitality sales career has encompassed some of the finest hotel companies in the world where she has served in a variety of sales capacities. Her background includes National sales experience with both Hyatt Hotels and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. As a consultant with TravelClick, the leader in global distribution marketing and research, she developed her proficiency in multiple hotel property management systems as well as airline reservation systems. Prior to joining the team at Presidian, she led the Southern Region of Prime Hospitality as their Regional Vice-President of Sales. Natalie graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science. She has completed graduate studies at the Tyler University of Texas.

 

 



CHAD CASE
PROJECT MANAGER

Chad Case joined Presidian in 2005. Chad previously served as a project manager for a large commercial construction firm where he was involved in over $80 Million dollars of renovation and new construction, , including Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas and the UTHSC Children’s Cancer Research Institute. Chad received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Chad also received a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.

 

 

SCOTT PRICE

SCOTT PRICE
SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Scott Price has over 26 years of diverse experience in the design, planning and land development professions. Scott was responsible for the development and implementation of all urban design concepts for a billion-dollar suburban commercial district. Scott's career also includes over 10 years of college-level teaching in architectural design. Price received his undergraduate degree in Design, Masters in Urban Planning and Ph.D. in Philosophy with an emphasis on the integration of design, planning and land development, all at Texas A&M University.

 

 



CLYDE JOHNSON
PROJECT MANAGER

Clyde joined Presidian in 2006. He spent four years in GMACCM’s Dallas office prior to relocating to San Antonio where he was instrumental in the establishment of the San Antonio GMACCM office in 2003.  Clyde served as an Assistant Vice President / Associate Producer where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate financing transactions for clients of the San Antonio GMACCM office.  Clyde participated in the origination, analyzing and closing of over $625 million in loan transactions. Clyde, a native of San Antonio, is a 1999 graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. He recently earned his Texas Real Estate License and is actively pursuing a CCIM designation.
